Sports Value Consulting has introduced a new service line for both current and prospective clients—investment banking. SVC has provided services for over 50 transactions and developed numerous industry relationships over more than 25 years. This makes the move into mergers & acquisitions a logical and beneficial choice for our clients. Our experience spans multiple leagues across North America and Europe, including the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL.

All transactions will be conducted through Open Lane Capital Advisors, LLC (OLCA), a member of FINRA/SIPC. The combination of OLCA's expertise in dealmaking and capital raising with SVC's experience working with professional sports teams will create a client-focused approach. This is the firm’s core foundation: we want to prioritize relationships as well, not just money.

Those who have worked with us appreciate our clear responses to issues and our ability to deliver effectively across all levels and timeframes. OLCA follows a similar approach, but now we can handle not only buy-side engagements but also work with limited partners aiming to divest their equity interests under optimal conditions. Investment Banking Services are offered by Open Lane Capital Advisors, LLC, a registered Broker-Dealer, member FINRA/SIPC, and an affiliated entity.
